I have tried this mixture many times now and I definitely add it to my top five list of DIY facial masks.
Kiwi– it is rich in Vitamin C, powerful antioxidant and this is why it is so effective in protecting against Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD).
Avocado– it is rich in monosaturated fats, improves skin tone, great moisturiser, it can help reduce skin redness, damaged skin healer, Vitamin E, C which is involved in the creation of elastin and collagen for maintaining your skin’s elasticity and firmness.
Preparing your mask:
– you need a mixing bowl, a spoon, 1 ripe avocado and 1 kiwi
– scoop out a tablespoon of ripe avocado pulp
-cut the kiwi in half, scoop out the pulp of both halves and drop them in the bowl
-mash together both fruits until you get a smooth paste
-clean your face first with a face cleanser
-apply mixture on your face
-stay like that for 20-30 min
-wash off gently with warm water
Do this once a week for remarkable results.
